Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States. We can’t ship to other countries yet.
How print-on-demand works
We don’t keep a warehouse full of covers. When you order, your item goes to one of our print partners in the United States. They print it for you and ship it straight to your door. That’s why an order takes a few days before it moves, and why every piece is fresh off the printer.
How long it takes
- Going to print: usually within one business day of your order.
- Printing: usually 1 to 2 business days. Hoodies tend to take a bit longer than covers, socks and tees.
- Delivery with standard shipping: usually 2 to 5 business days after it ships.
Add it up and expect about 4 to 8 business days from checkout to your door. These are usual times, not promises. Holidays, weather and carrier delays can add days.
More than one item
Different products are printed by different partners. If your order has, say, a cover and a hoodie, they can arrive in separate packages on different days.
Shipping cost
Standard tracked shipping is $4.99 per order. Orders of $40 or more, after discounts, ship free. We ship to US addresses only.
Your cart shows the shipping cost before you pay, and how close you are to free shipping.
Tracking
When your order ships, its tracking number is added to your order. Can’t find it? Email hello@loudlimb.com with your order number and we’ll send it.
Address problems
Please check your address at checkout. Spotted a mistake? Email us right away. Once your order is printing, we can’t change where it goes. If a package comes back because the address was wrong, email us and we’ll help you reorder.
Lost or damaged packages
If tracking says delivered but you can’t find it, check around your door and with your neighbors, then email us. If the carrier confirms a package is lost, we’ll send a replacement or refund you. If it arrives damaged, see our returns page.
