People look at your leg anyway. Give them something worth looking at. This cover is a printed stretch tube for the outside of a below-knee prosthesis. It goes on last, over everything else. Pull it on, pull it off, wash it, swap it for another print tomorrow.
Before you order
- With your prosthesis on the way you wear it, measure the socket’s widest point. If the cover will go over your suspension sleeve, measure over the sleeve. Then measure the length you want covered and check the size guide.
- It stretches in every direction, but the maker doesn’t publish a maximum stretch. Between sizes, or is your socket’s widest point over 19 in? Email hello@loudlimb.com your numbers before you order.
- It’s decorative apparel, not a medical device. It doesn’t treat, support or protect anything.
- The blank is the same midweight stretch tube that’s sold as a neck gaiter.
How to wear it
- Put your prosthesis on the way your prosthetist showed you, with your liner, socks and suspension sleeve as usual.
- Pull the cover on last, over the outside.
- Never put the cover under a suspension sleeve or inside the socket.
- Keep it clear of valves, pin-lock release buttons, lanyards and anything that bends or moves. Never pull it over a knee joint.
- If anything changes how your prosthesis feels or moves, take the cover off and ask your prosthetist.

- Relaxed circumference: about 16.5 in (S), 18 in (M), 19 in (L). That’s the flat width doubled, before stretching.

- Measurements can vary by about 0.5 in.
- Fabric: 90% polyester, 10% elastane, 250 g/m², four-way stretch, white inside.
- Printed front and back by dye sublimation.
