loudlimb.com is an online store run under the trade name Loud Limb (“Loud Limb”, “we”, “us”). Contact: hello@loudlimb.com.
What we sell
We sell decorative apparel printed to order: prosthetic leg covers, socks, tees and hoodies. Our leg covers are not medical devices. They are not meant to treat, support or protect any part of your body or your prosthesis. Ask your prosthetist if you’re not sure a cover is right for your prosthesis. You’re responsible for how you wear it, including keeping it clear of valves, locks, release buttons and moving parts.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. You pay by card through our payment processor. If we make an error in a price or a description, we’ll contact you before your order is printed, and you may cancel for a full refund.
Orders
Your order is accepted when we email you a confirmation. Each item is printed for your order by a print partner in the United States and shipped from there. We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Photos, colors, sizes and placement
Product images may be digital mockups. Colors can look different on your screen than on the printed item. Print placement can shift a little from item to item. Sizes are the makers’ measurements and can vary slightly. The size guide lists them.
Cancelling
You can cancel an order until it goes to print. After that it can’t be cancelled.
Shipping, returns and exchanges
See our shipping policy and our returns and exchanges policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state.
Our designs
The designs, slogans, text and images on this site belong to Loud Limb or are used with permission. Buying a product doesn’t give you the right to copy, print or resell its design.
Using this site
Don’t use this site to break the law, to copy our designs, or to interfere with how the site works. We may refuse or cancel an order we believe is fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
